Let me share one with you write now. Here are the steps: 1) Decide you want to employ the technique. 2) Lower your shoulders. 3) Close your eyes and "smile inwardly with your eyes and mouth". Let your eyes "soften" behind your eyelids. 4) Take a slow deep breath through your nose. 5) Hold the breath for one or two seconds. 6) Exhale through an open throat. 7) Say "Alert Mind, Calm Body". 8) Open your eyes and resume your activities.
